La partecipazione è riservata a tutte le imbarcazioni italiane e straniere prodotte dalla Baltic Yachts Ltd e timonate dal proprietario o da suo congiunto.
Le iscrizioni debitamente compilate sugli appositi moduli di iscrizione, dovranno pervenire:

The Organizing Committee together with the Regatta Committee reserves the right to accept, at their discrection, entry forms received after deadline.

3 Registrazione 3 Registration
La formalizzazione delle iscrizioni dovrà essere completata presso la Segreteria Regate entro il 13 giugno 2000, consegnando l'elenco equipaggio. Gli equipaggi italiani devono essere in regola con la normativa dell'attività agonistica federale. Le tessere FIV dovranno essere consegnate alla Segreteria Regate all'atto della formalizzazione dell'iscrizione. To complete an entry, a crew list must be given by June 13th to the Regatta Secretary. The italian crew must properly follow the competition FIV Rules. The FIV cards must be given to the Regatta Secretary at the moment of the entry form finalization.
4 Regolamenti 4 Rules

Regolamento di Regata ISAF (RRS) 1997 - 2000.
Regole speciali dell'ORC per la Categoria 3, con battellino autogonfiabile a bordo in tutte le regate.

Normativa FIV per la Vela d'Altura Bando di Regata
Istruzioni di Regata e successive varianti.

Le Istruzioni di Regata avranno valore prevalente in caso di conflitto tra i Regolamenti sopra citati.

Le regate della Baltic Cup 2000 saranno considerate di categoria B - Appendice "G" delle RRS.

In conformità con l'Appendice "G" delle RRS il Comitato Organizzatore potrà richiedere alle imbarcazioni di esporre una bandiera dello sponsor e/o il guidone della manifestazione e/o il guidone dello sponsor e/o a prora su ambedue i lati dello scafo, un adesivo rappresentante il nome dello sponsor della manifestazione. L'adesivo e/o bandiere dovranno, in questo caso, essere esposti dalle ore 12.00 di martedì, 13 giugno sino a 2 ore dopo la fine dell'ultima regata l' adesivo e bandiera verranno forniti dal Comitato Organizzatore.

ORC special rules for 3rd category . Boats must be equipped with autoinflatable liferaft for all the races.

The Regatta Instructions will prevail in case of clash among the above mentioned Rules.

The Baltic Cup 2000 Races are classified as category B - Appendix "G" of RRS.

Accordingly with Appendix "G" of RRS, the Organizing Commettee reserves to ask the boats to show the Sponsor flag and/or the Event burgee and/or the Sponsor burgee and/or the sticker of Baltic Cup 2000 sponsor adhesive forward - both sides. The adhesive and/or the flags shall have to be shown, in this case, from Tuesday 13th 12.00 o'clock a.m till 2 hours after the end of the last race. Adhesive and flag will be provided by the Organizing Commettee.

5 Punteggio 5 Scoring
Verrà applicato il Sistema Punteggio Minimo. Appendice "A" delle RRS. The Scoring of every race will be the Minimum Score Set. Appendix "A" of RRS.
6 Quota d'iscrizione 6 Entry fees
La quota di iscrizione sarà per tutte le imbarcazioni pari a lire 300.000 (155 Euros).
In essa si intende compreso il certificato ORC CLUB2000, necessario per la regata, il cui costo sarà a totale carico dell'Organizzazione. 		The amount of the entry fee is ITL 300.000 (155 Euros).
The entry fee includes the Compulsory ORC CLUB 2000 CERTIFICATE.
7 Certificato di stazza 7 Measurement
Sarà applicato il sistema di rating e compensi previsto dall'ORC/CLUB System. Per l'emissione gratuita di tale certificato (cfr. punto 7), gli armatori Baltic dovranno compilare il modulo ORCCLUB per la formale richiesta e spedire il tutto alla segreteria BALTIC YACHTS ITALIA entro e non oltre il 15 maggio 2000. ORC/CLUB Rating System will be applied.
To have the ORC CLUB 2000 CERTIFICATE free of charge, the owners have to complete the proper form and forward it to BALTIC YACHTS ITALIA secretarial office, within May 15th.
8 Controlli di stazza 8 Rating checking

Gli yacht dovranno essere disponibili a Porto Cervo - Porto Est non oltre le ore 09.00 del 13 giugno 2000 per i controlli di stazza.
Controlli potranno essere effettuati in qualunque momento durante le regate.

The boats have to be available for measurement in Porto Cervo - Porto Est within June 13th 9.00 o'clock a.m.
Checkings may be done whenever during the races.
9 Proteste di stazza 9 Rating protests
Le proteste di stazza da parte dei partecipanti potranno essere presentate sino a 2 ore prima della partenza della prima regata. The rating protests can be produced by the racers within 2 hours before the start of the first race.
10 Istruzioni di regata 10 Race instructions
Le Istruzioni di Regata saranno consegnate all'atto della finalizzazione delle iscrizioni. The Race Instructions will be given at the moment of the entry finalization.

12 Ormeggi 12 Moorings
Ormeggi gratuiti saranno disponibili al Marina Est di Porto Cervo (PortoVecchio) dalle ore 09.00 di Domenica 11 giugno 2000 alle ore 09.00 di Lunedì 19 giugno 2000 per le imbarcazioni regolarmente iscritte. Free of charge moorings will be available at Marina Est of Porto Cervo (PortoVecchio) during the Baltic Cup 2000, from Sunday June 11th 2000, 09:00 o'clock a.m. untill Monday June 19th 2000, 09:00 o'clock a.m.
